With the current configuration, the action frequently fails with max turns reached. I suspect this happens because it cannot use certain tools and therefore has to find "workarounds", leading to higher tool counts. I'm copying over the allowed tools from Python SDK as a quick fix, since the issue doesn't happen so regularly there.
